Following publication of 'Just Stop the Insanity' during 2025, I decided to reesearch further and re-write the content into two volumes published on Amazon at the end of 2025.
This book starts by establishing that Natural Climate Variability responsible for the last 540 million years of changing climate did not stop when humans began to industrialise.
Climate has always been changing and it always will - naturally
There are many theories that attempt to explain the natural world. Among them are theories of what causes climate to change. The currently dominant belief on changing climate is anthropocentric. The primary assertion of this belief system is that humans are responsible for Global Warming, Climate Change, extreme weather events, rising sea levels and all other climate and weather ills. Human responsibility for biodiversity loss is believed to be in large part due to 'Climate Change'.
This belief is summed up by the unfounded, anthropocentic belief axiom that:
Unless humans mend their ways (and, incidentally, destroy the economies of the ‘Global North’): There will be an inevitable descent into ‘Climate Armageddon’.
Following the Reformation, there have been two other theories that challenged the anthropocentric view. Now believed by most scientists, Evolution and the Earth orbiting the sun, are still denied by a significant but largely non-scientist, proportion of the population.
Unfortunately, the debate about the third anthropocentric belef system - Climate Change - has descended into Manichean form (i.e. ‘good’ versus ‘evil’). Attempts to state the 'evil' side's case is met with cries of 'Climate Skeptics' and 'Climate Deniers' and for the perpetrators to be 'Cancelled'.
Hopefully, those who currently subscribe to this ideology, often unwittingly and with the best intentions, will persevere to read Volume One of 'Natural and Anthropocentric Climate Variability'. It is aimed at laypersons.
The third, now fashionable, anthropocentric belief system of 'Climate Change' is unsupportable by fundamental science. It is, rather, supported by a massive and unscientific 'Groupthink' that expounds economy-destroying ideology.
Volume Two includes the detail and although much of it explained in simple terms it is 'hard-going' for persons lacking a scientific education. There are lots of graphs, maps and other graphics that appeal to many people..
Laypersons, and also the vast majority of scientists, lack the academic and practical background to challenge this modern anthropocentric ideology. They are happy not questioning how they 'know' that anthropogenic emissions are tipping us into Climate Armageddon.
Comfortably indoctrinated that a 'consensus' of scientist believe 'Climate Change is manmade and dangerous' it is easy to become passionate, even zealous, about 'Climate Action'.
Before anyone embarks on action, please pause to consider possibility that 'Burning fossil fuels has no effect on perverting Natural Climate Variability'. There is no scientific reason why we should feel so strongly that we should only use so-called 'renewables', drive an electric car, indulge in a vegan diet, avoid flying and all the other things that Climate Change dogma mandates.
If reading Volume One causes the reader to pause and question the constant barrage of alarmism fuelled by trillion dollar vested interests then the author's objective in writing the book will have been realised.
If the reader is encouraged to read Volume Two that would be a good result, although the author aims to expand this website with layperson-friendly, alarmist-free explanations and more analysis of data as new data comes in.
Natural Climate Variability is the dominant cause of the Earth’s changing climate.
Human activity may have contributed to the modern warming period but probably less than 0.3⁰C of the 1.0 to 1.5⁰C estimated rise since 1750.
Other than emissions, human activity contributes to local or regional shifts in climate.
The models on which ‘Project Climate Fear’ has been justified fail all requirements for validity.
That they have been used to frighten generations of young people and justify economically immiserating policies such as ‘Net Zero’ is nothing short of a crime.
